Your Stories - Share His Story in Iraq

Carmella is a Share His Story customer who has recently served our country in the Army in Iraq.  I have been privileged to get to know her through our email conversations after she purchased several Share His Story bracelets to share with her friends who were serving with her in Iraq.  I have enjoyed the pictures of her travels while in Iraq that she has shared with me. 

This picture stole my heart, as it brings us into the world of the Old Testament and the history of Abraham, one of the great Patriarchs.  Recall in Genesis chapter 11, that Abram (before his name was changed to Abraham) lived in Ur, with his family and wife Sarai.  Take a look at this picture — isn’t it breathtaking?

Our base Camp is located right outside of the city of Ur so I got a chance to celebrate Easter Sunday at Abraham’s house. Something I’ll NEVER forget. “
